Policies

Credit card on file with the salon will be required for all specialty services. This includes, but not limited too, Deva services, Extension services, Brazilian Blowout services, and color corrections.

When an appointment is canceled without reasonable notice, our stylist misses the opportunity to fill that time, and guest on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Haircuts and Styling must be canceled with a 24-hour notice. Chemical Services and Deva Services must be canceled with a 48-hour notice. Cancellations without this notice will be subject to a charge of 20% of the service fee. No Showed appointments are subject to a charge of 30% of the service fee.

No refunds on products or services. Store credit only or exchange only.

We strive to do the best work possible, but sometimes we understand you might not be entirely satisfied with you hair. In the event you are not entirely satisfied with you service; please notify the salon with-in 48 hours of check-out this way we can make your hair what you want it to be.

We use an advanced color measuring system that tracks all color usage for every guest. This way guests with longer, thicker, or guests that use our premium color systems such as Goldwell’s Eluman will be charge for only what is used extra on their hair.

Lateness Policy:

We take our guests’ time seriously and strive to accommodate each guest’s schedule. Late arrival for an appointment causes us to cut your appointment short, or to waste the valuable time of another client. In the case that you are 15 minutes late, please be prepared to reschedule your appointment for another time or day.
